Our Story

Premier Housekeeping is a company built on dedication, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service. It was founded by Jayson Cornwell and Ray Gawenit, both highly respected military veterans with 35+ years of law enforcement experience. Our journey as a company has been characterized by passion, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Our founders created AmeriPro Hydrowash and Idaho Illuminations before establishing Superior Commercial Cleaning. They then teamed up with Nekoda Norczyk and Jessica Whitmire to found Premier Housekeeping. Nekoda, a full-time student and skilled manager at Superior Commercial Cleaning, brings innovation to our operations. Jessica, a team lead at Superior Commercial Cleaning and a knowledgeable accounting associate, adds exceptional leadership skills and customer service expertise to our team.

We founded Premier Housekeeping after Superior Commercial Cleaning's success. Our principles of building a strong team, a collaborative work environment, and exceptional customer service helped us become a leading provider of janitorial services.
